Yoga: Motor Development [Video]

Video on Motor Development for Baby
You must not turn your baby over until he is four months old. Remember to work at a pace that suits the baby and his stage of development. Lay your baby on the floor facing you. Gently hold the opposite hand and foot. Open them outwards and close them again towards each other. Do this three to four times. After that, rotate the hand and foot around each other in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. This is a great exercise for the baby's brain. Finally, open and close the limbs once again a couple of times. To wind up, gently wrap the arm and leg around the baby's body. Repeat the whole exercise with the other limbs.
