Video on Coordination and Balance for Baby
You must not turn your baby over until he is four months old. Remember to work at a pace that suits the baby and his stage of development. Sit on the floor with your baby between your legs facing outwards. Take both hands of the baby and gently roll them around each other. Now bring the hands in so that it appears like giving him a cuddle. Roll his arms again and take them out. Once again roll the arms and take them down. The baby will naturally lean towards the floor. Roll the arms again and move his arms upwards. Allow the baby to stand if he is ready and in the mood to. You can also repeat this exercise with his legs. Doing this increases the baby's hip mobility. Roll the legs and take the little feet in. Roll the legs again and take them a little apart from each other. Roll them again and take them down. Now roll them once again and take them up. Repeating all these movements by rolling in the opposite direction helps in exercising the brain a little more.
