I had a c-section four months back and I gained around 10 kg during pregnancy. I am now breastfeeding my baby and want to reduce my weight. Can someone please help me with exercises or a diet that I can follow.
I was overweight after my pregnancy too. I then started going for a half an hour walk daily. This helped me to reduce about 3kg in a month. But I could not continue my walk after I returned to work. I was exclusively breastfeeding my baby and controlled my food habits. This helped me to gain my pre-pregnancy shape faster. :)
I worked out a diet on my own without asking a doctor. It may help you also.
2 idlis/2 rotis with one white egg for breakfast
11 am Sprouted green gram dal.
2 pm little rice with lot of veggies for lunch
5 pm A glass of fresh fruit juice
8 pm A regular but not heavy dinner
sleep by 9.30Pm
I used to breast feed my son and also do a 15 minute yoga.
