Can anyone recommend a safe exercise to remain active during pregnancy?
Walking is the best exercise any time. Walk daily for about half an hour in the morning and another half an hour in the evening. You can start with a 15 minute walk and then increase the duration. It helps to relieve boredom too :)
There are some prenatal exercises that you can try out. But remember to carry them out only under the supervision of a professional. There are also CDs on yoga that you can possibly get from your supermarket.
