My toddler is 2.5 years old. Should I enroll her in kindergarten when she is three or should I wait a year longer?

my 4-year old son just started his pre-school. but i have problems with his attitude. he's being bully. i wish you could help me..thanks!

I got my child admitted in LKG when he was 4 years old. Till then, I sent him to a play school. This helped him a lot and I didn't have problems when he started regular school.
