Pain killer for tooth ache

I am 18 weeks pregnant with my third baby and I have a bad tooth ache. I would like to know if I can take Paracetomol to relieve the pain. I had a miscarriage last year and don't want to take any chances with this one. I am also afraid to go to a dentist.

I think it is perfectly alright to take Paracetomol in normal doses. I was advised to stay away from Ibuprofen as it may make you vomit blood. I think you should anyway meet a dentist because dental hygiene is very important when you are pregnant. Ask your hubby to come along for support.
