I am 23 weeks pregnant and a vegetarian. I usually include a lot of fruits, corns and vegetables in my diet. But now I find I don't feel like eating anything. I just nibble at my food. I am afraid I won't have the enough quantity of nutrients that my body needs. Please help.
Hey there, you have a friend. I am pregnant and a veggie too. I find myself picking at food too. I find that I prefer eating raw vegetables such as carrots and cabbages without cooking them. But remember to wash them thoroughly. You can also take a lot of milk in your diet. Also try including lentils and soups as part of your meals. Hope this helps.
