I have just entered into my final trimester and find that I lose my temper very soon. I am usually a very calm person. But now I find myself getting irritated at every silly thing such as anything kept out of place. I am concerned if these wild mood swings will affect my baby's health.

Rest assured, your baby's health do not depend on your mood swings. They take place because of the hormonal changes. I faced them towards the middle of my first trimester and used to shout at my husband. Luckily he knew what I was through and just smiled. So don't worry, your baby will be just fine.
