Leaking nipples and only 24 weeks

When I woke up this morning, I found one of my breasts leaking quite a lot. I wiped it dry and ignored. By afternoon, the other breast was leaking too. I know it is common to leak when you are breast feeding. But I am only 24 weeks pregnant and haven't even got near to my due date. Please help!

I had leaking breasts when I was 26 weeks pregnants and was concerned just like you. When I asked my doctor, she told me that it was normal and that the breasts were preparing themselves for breastfeeding. You can ask your doctor if you are really concerned but I don't think you need to worry.
