Fever and diarrohea

I have a to week old son who has been suffering from diarrhoea and fever for the past three days. I am really worried. Can anyone please tell me the reason why this may be so?

I will recommend seek advice from doctors , your infant needs proper care.

I feel you should take him to the doctor. I am not sure about the diarrhoea but I think the fever could be because of ear infection. My two year old gets high fever whenever he has a ear infection.
