I have been exercising regularly for the past one year. I do a bit of running and also work out on the treadmill. But now I am trying to conceive. Should I stop exercising? Will continuing them cause any problems?

You can continue exercising. Don't to go too fast on the treadmill. Once you conceive, your body will let you know when you should go a little slow on the treadmill or to call it quits. Remember to maintain a healthy diet as you exercise.
