My friend went in for an IVF and got pregnant. But her doctor has told her to stop using scents and perfumes as they can be poisonous to the embryo. Has anyone heard of this?
I have not heard of such a thing but have heard that scents can be harmful in for an egg retrieval and embryo transfer. I don't think there is any harm using them on a normal basis.
