Discomfort in vagina

I have an itching and burning sensation in my vagina since the last week. The discharge seems normal and is not smelly. Today I found that the whole vagina (both outside and inside) is swollen. What can be the problem? I am 15 weeks pregnant.

It may be because of thrush or a yeast infection. Anyway, please contact your doctor immediately so that the infection does not become worse.
