I have a 5 months old girl whom I am feeding only breast milk. I would like to know if it is okay to have safe sex using contraceptive pills. Will it affect the milk my baby gets?

I don't think so. We put our 6 months baby partly on formula and breast milk. We did enjoy safe sex and I used Minipill containing very little amounts of of progesterone. There were no side effects on the health, growth or development of the infant.
