I have just two weeks before my due date. I am wondering if I should buy a breast pump now or after my delivery. I am also planning to return to work 4 months after my baby is born.

I think you should wait. and see if baby is taking your milk and you have enough supply comming . Since you are planning to join office after you baby is four months old but breat pump only when you baby is 3 - 31/2 month old. Bc most of the breast pumps come with one year warrenty and this way you will have more months covered . If you buy now. for first three months you hardly going to use it.

I bought Avent breast pump and it is very nice and highly recommended. YOu have to pay premium for for it but it worth it. My son is 14 months old and i used it till last month.

I have not given it to my sis who will be joing office soon and trust me ther is no issue at all. Best of luck for everything

I think you can buy one right away. Even if you don't need one right now, you will find it useful to express your milk when you return to work. You will not have to go hunting for one then.
