Baby sitter for my baby
I have decided to return to work as we need both our incomes for a comfortable living. My niece has agreed to come over and babysit my one year old girl. How can I make sure that my baby sitter is safe with her?
The best way to employ a baby sitter is through references. But since it is your niece coming over, I guess you already know her well. You can call her over for a few days before she actually starts baby sitting. Give her detailed instructions on how to take care of baby's needs such as feeding, diaper change etc. Make her do them in your presence so that you can correct her if you want to. This will also make the baby get used to her. She will feel comfortable with the baby sitter even when you are not around. You can call her often to know what your baby is doing.

you told its your niece who is coming to take care of baby.. it will be better than a baby sitting. you can call her from your office. you should give instruction to your niece about the food given to the baby.And tel her to keep your home clean and tidy.. because it may affect baby's health. so always take care of that..
